Who handles your information
This website is used by Draco Realty Inc., operating as Draco International Advisory. For privacy questions, contact info@dracoadvisory.com.
What the enquiry form collects
We receive the name, email, phone number, language preference, enquiry purpose, destination interest, optional region of residence, project interest and message you submit, together with the submission time and page language. If your link includes campaign tags, we record the source, medium, campaign, creative, keyword and advertising IDs with your enquiry to understand how you found us. Your browser retains the first and latest tagged source, entry-page path and referring website hostname for the current session. Full referring URLs and Facebook click identifiers are not stored.
How information is used
Your details are used to respond, arrange a conversation and follow up on your property requirements. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Authorised business and website support personnel can handle enquiries through a protected administration area. Cloudflare provides website hosting and data storage and may process information outside your location.
Measurement and security
We record aggregate page views and WhatsApp clicks to understand website use. These counts do not include your name, email or a cross-site tracking identifier. A hashed network address may be processed temporarily to limit spam and is cleaned up after the rate-limit window. Administration and preview sign-in use necessary session cookies. Google Analytics is not enabled. If Meta Pixel is configured on the live site, we ask for your advertising measurement choice before loading its script. With permission, page views and successful enquiry events are shared with Meta, which may use cookies, network addresses and browser information to measure ads. Our Pixel events do not send your name, email, phone or message. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days and can be changed through Advertising preferences in the footer. Declining does not affect enquiries. Pixel is disabled in preview.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained as needed to handle enquiries and follow-up. Contact the email above to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. We will verify the request and handle it according to applicable requirements. You can also ask us to stop further contact.
External services
WhatsApp and other linked websites are operated by their respective providers. Their own privacy notices apply after you follow those links.
Requested brochures and email
For project-pack requests, we also record the requested pack version and email processing status. When transactional email is enabled, Our transactional email provider (Resend, when enabled) processes the recipient address and message to send the requested links. New enquiries are also emailed to the authorised Info and Sophia business mailboxes for follow-up. These notifications include your submitted contact details and enquiry, processed by Resend. Staff can also review enquiries in the protected administration area. Provider acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery. These emails respond to your request and do not subscribe you to marketing.
